HAS and or Bad Dog Pottery. Bd dog Pottery offers this website, including all

Handmade pottery features unique variations in size, weight, glaze color, and texture. Minor imperfections are natural parts of the craft and not defects.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and Images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
(2) Care & Use Instructions:
Our pieces are food-safe, microwave-safe, or dishwasher-safe, however we do not recommend using them in a microwave as the ceramics can become very hot. The use in a oven is not recommended a thermal shock (rapid temperature changes that crack ceramics) can occur when a cold piece is put into a hot oven or a hot piece from the oven is exposed to colder conditions. We recommend that out works are handwashed to ensure the long-term use.
(3) Pricing & Availability:
Please note that prices can change and that high-demand collection drops or one-of-a-kind items sell on a first-come, first-served basis.
(4) Intellectual Property:
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Bad Dog Pottery, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.
