Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We strive to quickly package and deliver your order to your
door as safely and economically as possible. As we have all seen recently the
cost of shipping has increased considerably. Pottery and glass can be heavy and
fragile. We package your order to avoid breakage, thus shipping can be
expensive, however, even though we include bass shipping in the item price, we
do everything we to keep the shipping cost as low as we can to keep our prices
lower, by using recycled shipping and packing material where possible and safe.
All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. We ship to the
contiguous 48 states, and do not ship to PO boxes, or International. Shipping
to Alaska or Hawaii will incur addition shipping cost. We will contact you with
the additional shipping cost if your order requires shipping to Alaska or
Hawaii.
All Orders are securely packaged to help ensure against
breakage. Breakage is rare but should you receive an item that is damaged it is
very important that you save the box it came in, as well as all packing
materials. You must contact us, via email at info@baddogpottery.com within 24
hour of receipt and send us photos of the damaged item showing the damage, as
well as photos of the box and packing materials. When we receive your email the
photos and description of the damage we will review. Upon review and
acceptance, we will email you with information on the return or replacement.
Please allow us 5 to seven business day to complete this.
