Returns
All pieces are handmade. And slight imperfections in size,
color and finish are to be expected. However, within 14 days of delivery, if
you need to exchange a new unused item because it does not match the
description you may contact us for a RMA. The customer is responsible for all
packing, and shipping costs to send the item back to us, unbroken or damaged
and a shop credit or refund to original payment method for the item price only
(less original shipping) will be issued within 5 days of receipt. On a refund
please allow up to 10 business days for it to show up in your account, this is
dependent on your payment provider.
