Bad Dog Pottery is a small artist studio concentrating on handcrafted original pottery out of their metro Phoenix, Arizona studio. Influenced by their architectural and interior design backgrounds, owners Jill Warner and Larry Warner founded Bad Dog Pottery to produce one of a kind original handcrafted pottery.
Our handcrafted ceramics are hand formed and wheel thrown of well kneaded clay. Each ceramic piece is handmade, hand glazed by brushing, pouring, or spraying and fired to 2200 degrees and some pieces are twice fired in kilns at 2200 degrees to create a unique finish.
Using quality stoneware and porcelain materials with a focus on individually hand formed work, we design and handcraft dinnerware, serve ware, vases, luminaries, wall hangings and tiles to stand the test of time. Each bowl, platter, cup, plate, and wall art is unique with perfectly imperfect variations that reveal the artist's hand, it is these aspects where we believe the functionality of art reveals itself.
