How many days will it take to deliver my order?
Our normal time frames for preparing our order for shipping a is approximately 2 to 3 business days. WE currently ship on Tuesdays and Fridays The current shipper times frames vary based on location, however general are between 3 to 7 business days.
How will my order be shipped?
We currently ship via UPS and USPS. Please note we can not ship to PO boxes or internationally. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii incurs additional shipping cost and time .
Do you ship Internationally?
No, we do not currently ship internationally/
Do you charge extra for shipping?
No, we include shipping in the price of the item. However we do have a small processing and packaging fee of only $5.00 per order. Shipping pottery requires extra handling and packaging, so the small fee helps to offset some of that cost.
How do I track my order?
We will email you once you have placed an order to confirm your order. When we are complete preparing your order for shipping, we will email you with shipping method as well as the tracking number for your shipment. Please note on some larger orders your shipment may be divided into multiple shipments.
Will there be variations in size or color?
All of our works are handcrafted and hand finished, so no two pieces are completely identical in size or color. The differences are normally minimal to the eye without changing the essence of the design.
